Cubos soldados TAPER-LOCK®
A U.S. Tsubaki oferece a linha mais completa
de cubos soldados QD® e TAPER-LOCK para
inserção e soldadura, a fim de produzir rodas dentadas
de estilo "B", roldanas e outras aplicações
sem saliência do cubo. Para fornecer maior
resistência a esse tipo de mecanismo de travamento
do eixo e reduzir a distorção térmica
causada pela soldagem, esses cubos são dimensionalmente iguais aos nossos itens de roda dentada. Cubos
dimensionais especiais feitos sob medida estão disponíveis de acordo
com suas especificações.
Todos os cubos da U.S. Tsubaki são feitos de estoque
de barra de aço (não de metal pulverizado ou sinterizado).
Os cubos QD e TAPER-LOCK soldados
listados abaixo incluem furos de montagem e orifícios
cônicos apropriados.
